LTDS CIM Substation Numbers
This dataset provides a reference mapping between substation numbers and substation names used within the LTDS CIM Power System Model. It is intended to support users who need to join or link the LTDS CIM model with other datasets available on the portal. For example: combining network topology with asset, geospatial, or operational datasets that reference substations by ID or name.
The dataset contains:
- Substation Number – the unique identifier often used for substations
- Substation Type – Grid Supply Point, Bulk Supply Point, etc.
- Substation Name – the substation name in the LTDS CIM Power System Model
By offering a clean lookup between these identifiers, the dataset simplifies cross dataset integration and ensures consistency when analysing or enriching LTDS CIM network data.
